DEPARTMENT

TURNING

Our Turning department is able to work items from large diameters (up to 900 mm in diameter) to small ones, for small and large series, working with 12 automatic CNC turning centers, some of which with automatic carousel loading and two robotic stations also with carousel loading. The high specialization of our operators guarantees the highest quality in processing.

DEPARTMENT

MILLING AND DRILLING

Our Milling department is able to obtain drilling and milling operations for small and large series, simultaneously on multiple pallets and on multiple machines.
With a machine park consisting of n.10 CNC machining workstations, with 47 pallets available and tools and programs that are interchangeable between the machines themselves, we are able to satisfy the processing of multiple items at the same time, ensuring compliance with the delivery dates for the customer.

BROACHING

Thanks to our broaching machine with 40 ton pulling power and through proprietary broaches, or through the loan formula, we are able to broach from small to large series with the use of a robotic loading and unloading station.

QUALITY

Our Quality department, equipped with an air-conditioned room with various instruments and a three-dimensional measuring machine inside, is responsible for ensuring quality excellence, combining the experience of the staff with strict procedures that use advanced control tools.
